My name is Django, and I’m a handsome 3-year-old Australian Shepherd full of energy, intelligence, and affection. Like many dogs of my breed, I have a sharp mind and I absolutely love being offered different activities that challenge both my body and my brain. At the shelter, my favorite moments are when I get to chase the ball, proudly bring it back, and feel the joy of the people who take care of me. I’m a happy, active, and curious dog, always ready to explore my surroundings or learn something new. A family that enjoys staying active—going on long walks, playing outside, or including me in their daily adventures—would be perfect for me. I would be especially happy in a home with a large yard, where I can run freely, burn off my energy, and enjoy the fresh air every day.

Good news: I can live with cats without any issues. I’m respectful and adapt well to their presence. However, I unfortunately cannot live with other dogs or with children. I need a calm and controlled environment where I won’t feel stressed or overwhelmed by interactions that are difficult for me. I’m looking for a patient, consistent, and experienced family—someone who can guide me, offer me a stable routine, and love me for who I am: a loyal, affectionate dog who is always ready to give his best. With the right people by my side, I know I can become a wonderful and devoted companion. If you believe you can offer me the happy life I deserve, I’ll be waiting for you with hope and excitement. 🐾
