In June, your donations bring us closer to winning Canadahelps' Giving Challenge. With your help, the shelter could earn the grand prize of 20,000$!

Resumption of the CSRM Program and Microchip clinics!

(updated June 28)

The health of our employees, your families, and that of the animals in our care is a priority for the SPCA Roussillon. All our services are now active, with new procedures. We ask that you take note of the new security measures in place before coming to the shelter. No visit without an appointment will be accepted.

  • CSRM program (see details here)
  • Microchip clinics (see details here)
  • Nail cutting (make an appointment by phone, $10-$15 depending on the animal)
  • Adoptions (see details here)
  • Intake of stray animals and surrenders (by appointment)
  • Reporting of deceased, lost or found animals (by phone)

All volunteering activities remain suspended until further notice. Check out our pages Get Involved and Donations to find out about other ways to help the shelter.

We currently only accept donations of certain items by following the security procedures in place for contactless drop off. Monetary donations are also greatly appreciated in these difficult times. The needs of our protégés do not take a break and your generosity helps us continue to take care of them!

Welcome to SPCA Roussillon

SPCA Roussillon's goal is to ensure the welfare of unclaimed stray animals and/or abandoned animals under its responsibility (towns served ). We also have an adoption center recognized by the caacQ and it is open to the public.

SPCA Roussillon is registered charity #815030689RR0001 and non-profit organization. We are funded by our events such as adoption clinics, microchip clinics and monetary donations.
