Meet Pénélope, an 11-year-old female cat who is part of our Wild whiskers program. The cats in this program are felines who are not sociable enough for traditional adoption, but who are just as deserving of a safe, stable life adapted to their needs.
Pénélope is a cat used to living outside and can be wary of humans. She will therefore be more comfortable in a calm environment where interactions are limited and where she can progress at her own pace.
Like all the cats in the program, Pénélope is sterilized, in good health and has received her basic vaccinations as well as her dewormers. Adoption is free of charge, with a voluntary contribution being left to your discretion.
To ensure its well-being, certain conditions are required, namely a safe environment such as a barn, a stable or a heated farmhouse, an enclosed space allowing its acclimatization during the first days, as well as daily access to dry food and fresh water. Pénélope is looking for a peaceful place where she can live in safety and at her own pace, in an environment adapted to her nature.
