Meet Nikko!

Nikko is a gorgeous 4-month-old Husky mix puppy who will charm everyone with his stunning blue eyes and endearing gaze. Rescued from a MAPAQ seizure, he is now looking for a family ready to offer him the stability, love, and guidance he needs to thrive.

Like any young Husky mix, Nikko is bursting with energy! He loves to run, play, and explore everything around him. That’s why we’re looking for an active and engaged family for him. He will need an environment where he can expend his energy daily.

Nikko is an extremely affectionate, sensitive, and playful puppy. He loves cuddles as much as playtime! He’s also very food-motivated, which makes food an excellent training tool. Positive reinforcement methods will be ideal for him. Because he gets excited easily, he will benefit from a calm, patient, and consistent family who can help him channel his enthusiasm and develop his focus.

He gets along very well with other dogs. He has also lived with a cat and can coexist very well with a feline companion if the introductions are made gradually.

Like many young puppies, Nikko will need to continue his training. When left alone, he may experience anxiety, which sometimes manifests as small accidents in the house. With time, patience, a stable routine, and plenty of reassurance, he will quickly gain confidence.

Nikko is a true ray of sunshine: a funny, endearing puppy, full of life and love to give. If you are ready to guide this wonderful companion through his training, Nikko will reward you with boundless loyalty and affection.
