🐾 Meet Nami 🩷

Hello, my name is Nami and I am 2 years old. I am a shy and fearful little cat. I gave everything I had to care for my five boys, and now that I’m on my own, I find it very difficult to trust people. Having high perches where I can quietly observe my surroundings helps me feel much more secure. I’m looking for a calm, quiet home, as I startle easily, so I would do best in a home without dogs or children.

I get along well with other cats, and I truly believe having a feline friend in my new home would help me come out of my shell and give me the confidence to be more comfortable. My future family will need to understand that I’ll need plenty of time and patience before I let my guard down. I may hiss if someone tries to pet me, but I’m slowly beginning to be less wary. I’m not ready to be picked up yet, but as soon as you turn your back, I’ll quietly wander from one hiding spot to another so I’m never too far away—I actually meow when I’m left alone.

I promise I’m ready to put in the effort for a family willing to give me a chance, and my love of treats will definitely help along the way! I can’t wait to find the loving home where I can truly blossom. 🩷
