Wenda Is Looking for Her Forever Home

Meet Wenda, an adorable 4-month-old female kitten who is ready to find a loving family of her own. This sweet little girl is as cute as she is affectionate and is sure to melt hearts.

Wenda loves to play and explore her surroundings, but she also enjoys cuddles and quiet moments with her people. She loves attention and will happily share lots of sweet moments with her future family.

She is good with other cats and should also do well with children, as long as she is given time to adjust and her boundaries are respected. Her compatibility with dogs is unknown.

Wenda is looking for a gentle and loving family who will give her plenty of affection, playtime, and cuddles. She is sure to bring lots of joy and adorable moments to her new home.

1. Fill out an application form on our website according to the type of animal you would like to adopt.

2. Our team will contact you to make an appointment

A member of our adoption team will contact you as soon as possible to follow up on your request. You will be advised according to your profile.

Adoption hours:
Monday to Friday – 12pm to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday – 10am to 5pm

*We receive a very large amount of requests. They will be answered based on the order of receipt and the quality of the responses. You will be contacted if your application is approved.

*No animal reservation is possible until the adoption is confirmed in order to maximize the chances of placing our animals in good families.

3. Visit at the shelter

The visit is a time for you to meet our animals, and for our team to go more in depth with certain aspects of your adoption request in order to ensure that the adoption is a success. If the visit is positive, we will proceed with the adoption at the shelter and you will go home with your new companion!

Signing of the adoption contract

Payment of adoption fees (cards preferred)

Purchase of a food bag (mandatory for cats and dogs)

Safe departure of the animal in a carrier (cat, exotic) or on a leash (dog)

Possibility of purchasing certain basic items in our store (litter, transporter, etc.)

CATS

  • Kittens 6 months old and less: $300
  • Cats over 6 months old: $250
  • Senior cats 7+ years old (Grey Muzzle Mission): $172
  • Compassionate adoption and cats aged 12 and over: no adoption fee

The fees include: Veterinary examination | Sterilization | Basic vaccines and dewormers (preventive) | Microchip | 30 Day Limited Health Guarantee | Trupanion Insurance (4 weeks).

EXOTIC ANIMALS

  • Rabbit: $113
  • Guinea pig (female): $16
  • Guinea pig (male – neutered): $54
  • Rat: $11
  • Compassionate adoption for a rabbit: $54
  • Others: contact us for the adoption fees for other species of exotic animals

The fees include: Veterinary examination | Sterilization (male and female rabbits AND male guinea pigs) | Preventive deworming | Preventive vaccine against Hemorrhagic disease (rabbits) | Microchip (rabbits)

DOGS

  • Puppy 6 months old and less: $560
  • Dog more than 6 months old: $445
  • Senior dog 7+ years old (Grey Muzzle Mission): $230
    *Except dogs from the Northern Paw program*
  • Compassionate adoption and dogs aged 12 and over: no adoption fee
