Twix is ​​an adorable 14-year-old senior cat who deserves a peaceful and loving retirement.

Despite his advanced age and near blindness, he remains an endearing and courageous feline. Twix is ​​kind, but he can get impatient at times, especially when he feels overwhelmed. His gentle nature is particularly evident in a calm and predictable environment. Due to his age, Twix is ​​nearly blind, but that does not prevent him from adapting and enjoying life with a caring family.

We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis whether he can live with other animals or children, depending on their personality and behavior. Above all, Twix needs a calm home, with understanding adopters who will allow him to live at his own pace.

Twix  is part of our Grey Muzzle Program. Because of her age, there are no adoption fees—only a voluntary donation to help facilitate her adoption and shorten her stay at the shelter.

1. Fill out an application form on our website according to the type of animal you would like to adopt.

2. Our team will contact you to make an appointment

A member of our adoption team will contact you as soon as possible to follow up on your request. You will be advised according to your profile.

Adoption hours:
Monday to Friday – 12pm to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday – 10am to 5pm

*We receive a very large amount of requests. They will be answered based on the order of receipt and the quality of the responses. You will be contacted if your application is approved.

*No animal reservation is possible until the adoption is confirmed in order to maximize the chances of placing our animals in good families.

3. Visit at the shelter

The visit is a time for you to meet our animals, and for our team to go more in depth with certain aspects of your adoption request in order to ensure that the adoption is a success. If the visit is positive, we will proceed with the adoption at the shelter and you will go home with your new companion!

Signing of the adoption contract

Payment of adoption fees (cards preferred)

Purchase of a food bag (mandatory for cats and dogs)

Safe departure of the animal in a carrier (cat, exotic) or on a leash (dog)

Possibility of purchasing certain basic items in our store (litter, transporter, etc.)
