Ben is a 3-year-old Labrador mix with a gentle, loving heart who is eager to build strong bonds with his future family. He is compatible with other dogs and has a great potential for cohabitation with canine friends, although a preliminary visit will be required to ensure a positive and harmonious interaction. Ben is also compatible with cats, as he has a history of living with them. A slow and well-managed introduction will be important to maintain a healthy and balanced environment for everyone. He can live with children aged 12 and over, as he is a dog who needs patience and respect for his personal space. In the beginning, Ben may feel a bit more stressed around people he does not know well, but with kindness and consistency, he quickly becomes more comfortable. Very affectionate, he loves human contact and constantly seeks closeness with those around him. A true foodie at heart, Ben is highly food-motivated, which will make learning and training much easier for his future family. He is looking for a home that can provide him with the attention, exercise, and mental stimulation he needs. It will also be important to help him learn to be comfortable being alone, as he can sometimes struggle with solitude. With the right guidance, Ben has everything it takes to become a loyal, affectionate, and deeply loving companion.
