🐾 Meet Fidji, an adorable 3-month-old mixed-breed husky puppy looking for her forever home! 🐾

Fidji has a unique story. She came from a MAPAQ seizure involving sled dogs. Her mother was taken in by our team, and Fidji was born at the shelter before being placed in foster care to grow up in an environment suited to her needs.

Currently in foster care, it’s important to schedule an appointment to meet her and discover her wonderful personality.

Despite her young age, Fidji is a rather calm little dog who loves the company of both humans and animals. She is very attached to her people and will need a family who is present and ready to support her development. She is used to following her humans everywhere in the house and simply loves being near them.

Fidji loves playing with her toys and balls. She gets along well with other dogs and could live with a cat with a proper introduction. Her compatibility with children is unknown and will need to be assessed during a visit.

This little ball of love is looking for a kind, available family ready to give her all the love and guidance she needs to become a wonderful companion.

2. Our team will contact you to make an appointment

A member of our adoption team will contact you as soon as possible to follow up on your request. You will be advised according to your profile.

Adoption hours:
Monday to Friday – 12pm to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday – 10am to 5pm

*We receive a very large amount of requests. They will be answered based on the order of receipt and the quality of the responses. You will be contacted if your application is approved.

*No animal reservation is possible until the adoption is confirmed in order to maximize the chances of placing our animals in good families.

3. Visit at the shelter

The visit is a time for you to meet our animals, and for our team to go more in depth with certain aspects of your adoption request in order to ensure that the adoption is a success. If the visit is positive, we will proceed with the adoption at the shelter and you will go home with your new companion!

Signing of the adoption contract

Payment of adoption fees (cards preferred)

Purchase of a food bag (mandatory for cats and dogs)

Safe departure of the animal in a carrier (cat, exotic) or on a leash (dog)

Possibility of purchasing certain basic items in our store (litter, transporter, etc.)

CATS

  • Kittens 6 months old and less: $300
  • Cats over 6 months old: $250
  • Senior cats 7+ years old (Grey Muzzle Mission): $172
  • Compassionate adoption and cats aged 12 and over: no adoption fee

The fees include: Veterinary examination | Sterilization | Basic vaccines and dewormers (preventive) | Microchip | 30 Day Limited Health Guarantee | Trupanion Insurance (4 weeks).

EXOTIC ANIMALS

  • Rabbit: $113
  • Guinea pig (female): $16
  • Guinea pig (male – neutered): $54

  • Compassionate adoption for a rabbit: $54
