Hello, I’m Jack! 🐾

I am 10 years and 10 months old, and I’m a little Yorkshire Terrier. I’m dreaming of finding a family that will offer me a wonderful retirement—one filled with gentleness, patience, and love. ❤️

Because of my age, I’m part of the “Grey Muzzle” (Museau Gris) adoption program, which helps senior animals find a forever home. Even though the years have gone by, I still have plenty of love to give, and I, too, deserve to enjoy the comfort of a warm, cozy home. 🏡

I am a calm little dog, though I can also be prone to stress and am very independent. I like having my own space and taking the time to do things at my own pace. I cannot live with other animals, as I prefer to keep my toys and food all to myself. I’m not always one to seek out attention, but beneath this independent personality lies a deeply endearing and affectionate companion. Once I get to know you and feel I can trust you, I’ll slowly open up my heart.

I enjoy being near my human, while also cherishing my quiet moments. I also have my own little joys—like my toys—which play an important part in my daily life. 🧸

To welcome me into your home, you’ll need to be a patient, gentle, and understanding family—one that respects my personality, my independence, and the time I need to adjust. I cannot live with other dogs or cats. I can only be placed in a home with children aged 16 or older. In return, you’ll discover a truly unique little companion who will offer his affection with great delicacy—in his own way, and whenever he feels ready. At nearly 11 years old, I, too, deserve to know the warmth of a home, the comfort of a little space to call my own, and the security of a family that will love and accept me just as I am. ❤️

Could you be the person to help me write the next chapter of my story—as part of a forever family? I may be a bit of an independent little dog, but I still need a place where I can feel loved, understood, and finally at home. 🏡❤️

If you think you might be the right family for me, please fill out an adoption application. We receive a very high volume of applications, which are processed in the order they are received and based on the quality of the responses. Only successful applicants will be contacted.

1. Fill out an application form on our website according to the type of animal you would like to adopt.

2. Our team will contact you to make an appointment

A member of our adoption team will contact you as soon as possible to follow up on your request. You will be advised according to your profile.

Adoption hours:
Monday to Friday – 12pm to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday – 10am to 5pm

*We receive a very large amount of requests. They will be answered based on the order of receipt and the quality of the responses. You will be contacted if your application is approved.

3. Visit at the shelter

The visit is a time for you to meet our animals, and for our team to go more in depth with certain aspects of your adoption request in order to ensure that the adoption is a success.
