Lucky is a young 1-year-and-6-month-old American Staffordshire with a lovely personality, but he needs a stable, structured environment and, most importantly, patient humans. He’s very sensitive to changes and can become stressed in new situations, so it’s important to give him the time he needs to adjust at his own pace. Lucky is selective with other dogs: a slow and supervised introduction, along with proper environmental management, can allow for a successful cohabitation with a respectful canine companion. Since his behavior with cats is unknown, a gradual introduction and secure space setup will be essential. Lucky is compatible with children aged 8 and up, but because he can be a bit rough when he plays, supervision will be necessary to ensure safe and positive interactions. He’s a curious dog who loves to explore and sniff everything around him. While he can be quite calm in the right environment, he’ll definitely get excited if you rile him up! His leash-walking skills still need some work, but with consistency, gentle guidance, and a bit of training, Lucky has the potential to become a wonderful, loyal, and affectionate companion.
