🐾 Meet Nemo!
Nemo is a young Pomeranian who was found wandering as a stray and, sadly, was never claimed. While we know little about his past, it is clear that Nemo lacked socialization and currently displays several fear-based behaviors.
Despite his fears, we see something very special in Nemo: he wants to be a dog and discover the world around him. He is curious and eager to explore, though many situations are still quite overwhelming for him. Nemo will need time, patience, and a family ready to help him build confidence at his own pace.
Because he is under-socialized, other dogs can currently be frightening to him. However, he shows curiosity toward them, leading us to believe that the right canine companion could help boost his confidence. If Nemo is paired with another dog, we would look for a stable, confident, and socially well-adjusted dog to serve as a role model and guide—rather than one that might intimidate him.
Nemo is looking for an adopter who understands that helping him overcome his fears will be a process. His new family will need to be patient and consistent, ready to work with him through his challenges while allowing him to progress at his own pace and become the confident dog we know he can be. ❤️
Nemo may not be ready to face the world just yet, but with the right person by his side, we believe he has all the potential to become the happy, confident little dog he wants to be. 🐾
