🐾 I’m looking for my forever family! 🤍

Hello! My name is Tya, I’m a Shar Pei mix, about 7 years old, and I’m part of the Grey Muzzle program. I’m a sweet girl with a gentle heart who enjoys the simple things in life. At first, I may seem a little reserved, but that’s only because I like to take my time getting to know new people. Once I feel comfortable and safe, I’ll show you my affectionate and loving side. I enjoy receiving some gentle scratches, spending time near my humans, and sharing peaceful moments together, while still keeping my little independent side that makes me who I am.

I could share my home with another dog, as long as they have a calm and respectful personality like mine. A meet-and-greet will be required to make sure we are a good match. My behavior with cats is still unknown, but with a slow, gradual introduction and proper management, living with a feline friend could be possible. I could also live with children aged 10 and older who understand the importance of respecting my space and allowing me to adjust at my own pace.

All I’m looking for is a family who will offer me patience, kindness, and lots of love. In return, I promise to be a loyal, calming, and grateful companion who will make every moment together even more special. If you think you have a little space in your heart for me, I can’t wait to fill it. ❤️🐾
