🐾 Meet Lucy! 🐾

Hello, my name is Lucy and I’m 10 years old. I’m an adorable little tabby and white cat with a very sweet personality. 💕

At the shelter, I’m rather shy and reserved. I like to take my time observing my surroundings before feeling completely comfortable. Once I’ve gained that trust, you’ll discover a calm, affectionate companion who loves cuddles. I particularly enjoy having access to hiding places and high spots where I can relax and keep an eye on my surroundings. A peaceful, patient home that respects my pace would be the ideal place for me to thrive.

I get along well with other cats after a proper introduction. My compatibility with dogs is unknown. For children, a family with calm and respectful children would be best, as I can be a little nervous.

I’m part of our Compassion Adoption Program because of a heart murmur. This doesn’t stop me from enjoying life, but we recommend that my future family have regular blood tests and a cardiac ultrasound to closely monitor my health over time. Thanks to this program, my adoption fees are reduced, giving me the best chance of finding a family who can offer me the love and care I need.

If you’re looking for a sweet, calm, and affectionate companion, I could be the little heart your family is missing. I can’t wait to find a home where I’ll feel safe, loved, and cherished. 🩷
