Tigrou is a magnificent 5-year-old Bengal cat with a personality as beautiful as his mottled coat. Adorable and sociable, he loves to chat with his human and will keep you company with his little chatterbox. But despite his expressive side, he’s also a great lover of naps and moments of relaxation. He loves to be petted and enjoys being stroked. He gets on well with other cats, but is not ideal for a home with dogs. Tigrou should be comfortable with young children, provided they respect his space and rhythm. Tigrou is part of our compassionate adoption program, as he must eat specialized urinary food for life. For this reason, no adoption fee applies, but a voluntary donation is appreciated to help other animals in need. If you’re looking for an affectionate, relaxed and talkative companion, Tigrou could be the perfect cat for you!

1. Fill out an application form on our website according to the type of animal you would like to adopt.

2. Our team will contact you to make an appointment

A member of our adoption team will contact you as soon as possible to follow up on your request. You will be advised according to your profile.

Adoption hours:
Monday to Friday – 12pm to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday – 10am to 5pm

*We receive a very large amount of requests. They will be answered based on the order of receipt and the quality of the responses. You will be contacted if your application is approved.

*No animal reservation is possible until the adoption is confirmed in order to maximize the chances of placing our animals in good families.

3. Visit at the shelter

The visit is a time for you to meet our animals, and for our team to go more in depth with certain aspects of your adoption request in order to ensure that the adoption is a success. If the visit is positive, we will proceed with the adoption at the shelter and you will go home with your new companion!

Signing of the adoption contract

Payment of adoption fees (cards preferred)

Purchase of a food bag (mandatory for cats and dogs)

Safe departure of the animal in a carrier (cat, exotic) or on a leash (dog)

Possibility of purchasing certain basic items in our store (litter, transporter, etc.)

CATS

  • Kittens 6 months old and less: $280
  • Cats over 6 months old: $235
  • Senior cats 7+ years old (Grey Muzzle Mission): $160
  • Compassionate adoption: $160

The fees include: Veterinary examination | Sterilization | Basic vaccines and dewormers (preventive) | Microchip | 30 Day Limited Health Guarantee | Petsecure Insurance (6 weeks).

EXOTIC ANIMALS

  • Rabbit: $105
  • Guinea pig (female): $15
  • Guinea pig (male – neutered): $50
  • Rat: $10
  • Compassionate adoption for a rabbit: $50
  • Others: contact us for the adoption fees for other species of exotic animals

The fees include: Veterinary examination | Sterilization (male and female rabbits AND male guinea pigs) | Preventive deworming | Preventive vaccine against Hemorrhagic disease (rabbits) | Microchip (rabbits)

DOGS

  • Puppy 6 months old and less: $520
  • Dog more than 6 months old: $415
  • Senior dog 7+ years old (Grey Muzzle Mission): $215
    *Except dogs from the Northern Paw program*
  • Compassionate adoption: $215
