However, George can be a little nervous when handled. He prefers to have his space and can be stressed during certain interactions. This is why it would be best for him to be adopted by a family that understands the importance of respecting his limits and giving him the time he needs to feel comfortable.
George is still a mystery when it comes to his cohabitation with dogs and young children, which is why a prior meeting is strongly recommended to assess compatibility with your children. If you are looking for a calm and gentle companion, George could be the perfect new member of your family.

2. Our team will contact you to make an appointment
A member of our adoption team will contact you as soon as possible to follow up on your request. You will be advised according to your profile.
Adoption hours:
Monday to Friday – 12pm to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday – 10am to 5pm
*We receive a very large amount of requests. They will be answered based on the order of receipt and the quality of the responses. You will be contacted if your application is approved.
*No animal reservation is possible until the adoption is confirmed in order to maximize the chances of placing our animals in good families.
3. Visit at the shelter
The visit is a time for you to meet our animals, and for our team to go more in depth with certain aspects of your adoption request in order to ensure that the adoption is a success. If the visit is positive, we will proceed with the adoption at the shelter and you will go home with your new companion!
Signing of the adoption contract
Payment of adoption fees (cards preferred)
Purchase of a food bag (mandatory for cats and dogs)
Safe departure of the animal in a carrier (cat, exotic) or on a leash (dog)
Possibility of purchasing certain basic items in our store (litter, transporter, etc.)
CATS
- Kittens 6 months old and less: $280
- Cats over 6 months old: $235
- Senior cats 7+ years old (Grey Muzzle Mission): $160
- Compassionate adoption: $160

EXOTIC ANIMALS
