Max – A tender heart under a shy shell
Max is an adorable 7-year-old tomcat who is part of our Grey Muzzle program, dedicated to adult cats in search of a loving home. This handsome boy has a rather nervous temperament at first glance, but behind his shyness hides a sweet and gentle cat who deserves all the attention of a patient family.
Max gets along well with other cats, which makes him an excellent companion for a home where he could have a feline friend. On the other hand, we do not know his experience with dogs and young children.
With time and a lot of gentleness, Max will be able to open up to those who will offer him a calm and secure environment. He is waiting with hope for a family who will be able to give him the love and patience he needs to fully flourish.
1. Fill out an application form on our website according to the type of animal you would like to adopt.
2. Our team will contact you to make an appointment
A member of our adoption team will contact you as soon as possible to follow up on your request. You will be advised according to your profile.
Adoption hours:
Monday to Friday – 12pm to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday – 10am to 5pm
*We receive a very large amount of requests. They will be answered based on the order of receipt and the quality of the responses. You will be contacted if your application is approved.
*No animal reservation is possible until the adoption is confirmed in order to maximize the chances of placing our animals in good families.
3. Visit at the shelter
The visit is a time for you to meet our animals, and for our team to go more in depth with certain aspects of your adoption request in order to ensure that the adoption is a success. If the visit is positive, we will proceed with the adoption at the shelter and you will go home with your new companion!
Signing of the adoption contract
Payment of adoption fees (cards preferred)
Purchase of a food bag (mandatory for cats and dogs)
Safe departure of the animal in a carrier (cat, exotic) or on a leash (dog)
Possibility of purchasing certain basic items in our store (litter, transporter, etc.)
CATS
- Kittens 6 months old and less: $280
- Cats over 6 months old: $235
- Senior cats 7+ years old (Grey Muzzle Mission): $160
- Compassionate adoption: $160

EXOTIC ANIMALS
- Rabbit: $105
- Guinea pig (female): $15
- Guinea pig (male – neutered): $50

- Compassionate adoption for a rabbit: $50

DOGS
- Puppy 6 months old and less: $520
