Delson📍

My name is Huggie, a beautiful Labernois crossed Husky of 3 years and 5 months. I have a tender look and an endearing temperament that leaves no one indifferent. I am an intelligent and greedy dog, which makes me a motivated student who learns quickly. I already know some basic commands, but I would like to continue learning with a family that will encourage and guide me. However, my past has influenced some aspects of my behavior, especially towards other dogs. After a few bad experiences at the dog park, I became more selective and sometimes suspicious of some of my peers. For this reason, it will be important to organize a meeting with the other dogs in the family before adopting me, to ensure that we are compatible. A gradual introduction and good supervision will help me feel confident. My behavior towards cats is still unknown, but with good integration and time, I might be able to adapt to it.

I am a particularly gentle dog with young children. I know how to be patient and affectionate with them. However, like any relationship between a dog and a child, supervision at the beginning will be necessary to ensure that everything goes well. With teenagers, I can become a great playmate once I’m confident. On the other hand, I have a certain reserve towards men. They will therefore have to approach me gently and patiently, respecting my rhythm and my limits, so that I can gradually feel safe by their side.

Despite all my qualities, I still have progress to make when it comes to walking on a leash. This is not my strong point, and canine classes could help me improve myself to make walks more pleasant for me and my future human. But one thing is certain: once my trust is earned, I will become a faithful, affectionate and devoted companion. With a little patience, respect and love, I will be able to offer my future family all the best I have and create a deep and unique bond with them.
