A heart open from the very first second.

Jigger is a 6-month-old puppy with an easy smile, contagious joy, and an enormous heart. Unlike his brother Gus, he has no hesitation: at first glance, you become his best friend. He approaches with confidence, welcomes every new person with enthusiasm, and offers pure, spontaneous, unconditional affection. This young Labrador x Border Collie loves sharing his happiness with the world. Always ready for a cuddle, a play session, or simply a moment snuggled up to his human, Jigger is the kind of dog who instantly brightens a room, or a life.

With dogs, he is social, cheerful, always ready to play and make new friends. With children, he shows wonderful gentleness and great patience, appreciating their energy and company. Cats, however, are not for him: he is a bit too interested, and the cohabitation wouldn’t be ideal. Intelligent, motivated, and very attached to humans, Jigger learns quickly and is always eager to please. With a loving, present family ready to continue his training, he will become an exceptional companion: loyal, joyful, affectionate, and deeply grateful.

Jigger comes from Manitoba, where he and his brother had a difficult and unstable start in life. Their arrival here is the result of a long journey and a wonderful network of support. Today, it is here that he hopes to finally find the stability, peace, and family he deserves.
